Vege sandwich fillings?

Any suggestions on vege sandwich fillings? Please excuse my naievity

I assume you mean apart from the ubiquitous cheese?

Is this for children or adults?

Peanut butter
Cream cheese and grapes
Vegemite
Egg mayo

My favourite is hummous with lettuce and grated carrot.

Ooh, let's see, umm cheese (obviously), egg mayo, Quorn sausage and Branston, hoummous with cress and grated carrot, 'exotic' cheese like brie and cranberry, stilton and apple, goats cheese and roasted peppers, veggie pate (loads of different types in supermarkets/health food shops), Quorn 'ham' and 'chicken' slices.

Houmous is fab as is mushroom pate (must buy some soon)

Roasted veg with cream cheese - yum!

Homous and celery/carrot

Plain old grated cheese and onion.

Its for a children's birthday party. i'm putting together party boxes as its just a hired out room with bouncy castle for a short period.
So far in the boxes I'm putting in Mini pringles and mini jammy dodgers(I'm sure all kids love jammy dodgers), a cake, sausage/savoury roll and sandwiches.
i know of one vegatarian coming and have contacted his mother but have had no reply and as theres a few children coming that I have no way of knowing now if any are vegatrian I thought I would play safe and do some vege sandwich fillings answell as the usual egg mayo/tuna mayo..

How should you spell houmous?? I'm sure we'ves had at least 4 different variations so far!!

I would therefore go with Vegemite/Marmite. Dare I say, even a jam sandwich?

Thanks for all of your ideas, I will be out first thing to get everything. Why do we throw parties?
After this one I think I will just stick to the you can bring a couple of friends and I'll take you all somewhere type of party.
