Anyone got any good recipes for toddlers in summertime? Or recommend a good cookbook? All of my usual stuff seems a bit stodgy now the weather´s better!

today DD had cornflakes and milk (then she puked)

jacket potato and baked beans with salad (then she puked)

poached salmon, rice and peas (hasn't puked yet but I'm waiting)

..she has a bug btw .. she's not a picky eater

Hi Twigglett, DD is quite fussy and my food is far too spicy for her tbh. I like the poached salmon idea! Hope the puking stops soon!

I give raw carrots, mung bean sprouts, cucumber, lettuce, cherry tomatoes with bread for lunches. Actually dd likes raw green beans and also cooked red kidney beans etc on their own.

dd likes plain tofu. Miso sopu with tofu sprouts broccoli and rice

Keep them coming! Thanks!

I love sprouts, have a sprout house and regualarly sprout lentils which kids love. They are like a substitute to fresh peas.
