Can I make pastry with margarine?

Have no butter and can't get out to get any ATM.

If so, do you have a recipe?

You can use your usual recipe, they should be interchangeable.

I rarely buy butter, margarine works fine. it does affect taste a little, but not enormously. like pp said, just replace butter with margarine in your usual recipe.

I rarely use butter for pastry. You can make excellent pastry with margarine. Usually the best pastry has lard in it as well.

Yes you can - mix with milk instead of water and it will still taste good.
