Slow cooked pork recipe?

I'm looking for a recipe for pork (possibly called pulled pork? Or is that something different?). It has a Chinese-y flavour to it, possibly from a honey/soy marinade and it is cooked in the oven for hours and hours and hours?

I have about 534 cook books and still can't find anything that comes close I've looked online but would like a recommendation that's been tried and tested.
