i need a marinade, anyone have any nice recipes please

Honey mustard? Couple of tablespoons of runny honey to one teaspoon of wholegrain mustard. Marinade the goujons and use the rest as a baste while you're cooking them?

Honey, lemon and ginger.
Put the chicken in a bowl, throw in some honey, ground ginger and lemon juice. Leave for as long as possible.

BBQ
Mix tom ketchup, brown sauce, vinegar and sugar.
