I've been looking for some of this to take camping but cannot find it - has anyone seen it?
I've seen crêpe-type pancake mix, but really want those thick American breakfast pancakes. Bisquick etc no good as no scales, mixing bowl etc when camping!
I could have sworn you used to be able to get one called 'Shake-a-cake' and was powder in a plastic milk-carton type thing that you topped up to the line with water and/or milk, than shook to mix and poured straight into the pan.
Anyone got any clues? Or any US expats in the UK got a secret source?
