Pork shoulder steaks

Has anyone got a recipe for a creamy mushroom sauce to go with pork? I've never made a creamy sauce before, so nothing too complicated please? Thank you.

Just bumping for you. Can't help sorry, just don't do cream!

150ml/¼ pint double cream
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
splash white wine
salt and freshly ground black pepper
chopped mushrooms

Pour the cream into a small pan and simmer until reduced by half (don't let it boil). At the same time in a sperate pan saute mushrooms gently in butter and mashed garlic until softened. Add the mustard, wine, salt and freshly ground black pepper to the cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Combine with the mushrooms. Keep warm until ready to serve.
