Good Food triple testing? Do they bollocks

They can't possibly triple test. At least one person out of three should be able to spot that a section of a recipe is missing, and an ingredient is now left forlornly on the counter as Barney Desmazery has failed yet again to give it instructions.

This has happened so many times to me with Good Foood. I'm a reasonable cook so can make a good guess when recipes are off, but really, why claim triple testing when it perhaps hasn't even been proof read.

Any Good Food rants/experiences to share?

Have found that too...ingredients magically appearing in the method. I can imagine that screw ups in recipes really can knock people's confidence.
