Help! Coop Spanish Fish Stew recipe

My stepdad made a really tasty spanish fish stew but spent the meal moaning about the lack of proper recipe.

My DMum was sent some vouchers from the coop with the recipe on the back. Vouchers were used but this left him with only half the recipe from the back of the letter. So he's guessing the part he can't see.

Please please does anyone have a copy of the full recipe? It'll make him a very happy man.

I have used this recipe too, and it was delicious. I copied it into another document, attached, so I suppose its on the internet somewhere although I cant find it now. Hope you like the full version.
