Ikea food?

Just realised that I've forgotten to defrost the pork for tonight's stir fry. This afternoon's planned activity is a trip to ikea. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and feeling bleurgh, DH and DS have colds so I just can't face the supermarket as well as ikea.

Does ikea sell anything nice in its Swedish foodie bit I can make into some sort of quick tea when we get home?

horse meatballs? Sorry, couldnt resist that. From memory its the meatballs, hotdogs, lingonberry (sp) sauce and pacaket version of the gravy for the meatballs and the rest of it chocolates / biscuits etc.
