Help quick! I have yesterday's lamb and some veg cous cous, need some sauce

Just that really, tea's due at 5 and the sauce I thought I could make was rank, so could do with something saucy as DH "doesn't like dry food". Is there something quick I can do as a dip or pour over sauce?

Could you mix mayonnaise with lemon/mint/cucumber combination for a quick dip, or what about a quick tomato and garlic sauce if you have tinned tomatoes? You could add in olives/anchovies etc to it?
