And how/for how long does one keep it? I am in the suburbs of an ordinary town, so "from my artisan baker" is not going to work for us.

My local morrisons sell it. It's in the chiller cabinet. I think it normally has a week long date.

Ooh, Morrisons? Excellent. Had tried Sainsbo/Tesco/Asda with no joy, but will have a look there. If that fails will try a health food place - I didn't think to look there.

Health food shops usually, be aware it has short shelf life and so don't buy much n one go! But you can freeze I think? Google will presumably know.

Ask at the bakery counter of any supermarket- even Tesco do it. It's very cheap. It doesn't keep all that long- a week would be about enough.
