What to make with mango??

so what do you make with a mango???

You can make a really nice salad, with prawns, pakchoi (or Chinese leaf) cucumber, tomato and red chili. Dress in olive oil and a teeny tiny bit of balsamic.

Or a salsa (add chili, coriander, parsley, tomato and oil)

Or chop it up and enjoy by itself. Also v nice with passion fruit.

Mango sorbet, fool, a smoothie, a salsa?

Make a pavlova and stir it into the cream on top?

I just have it chopped up in 0% Total Yoghurt for breakfast.

DS2 cuts the mango up and just eats it as it is.

My mum always cut the 'cheeks' off the mango, and scored the flesh horizontally and vertically, when you push the cheeks inside out you get a mango hedgehog :o

I love it in smoothies, fruit salad and just munching it on its own

It makes a great salsa served with prawns.

I wish i'd brought more than 1, i drought to get daughter to try, ( she used to love them , YUK was the reply!!) Going to get her help me make Orange and mango Meringue then hopefully she will try some, I however want all the above, may put them on a list and cross them off as i go to you all
