Blueberries

I have a boat load of blueberries in the freezer, does anyone have any good recipes? I'm currently thinking of making blueberry muffins..

Blueberry & banana smoothie? Mix with some natural yogurt?
Don't have any actual recipes, sorry.

Pancakes

Make a basic American pancake mix. When the pancake is in the pan, scatter it with blueberries. When you turn it over the cook the other side they go all gloopy and lovely.

Sorry to hijack slightly, but does anyone know whether you have to defrost blueberries before using them in muffins?

Lovely mixed into porridge.

I like them frozen to top my greek yogurt. The cold crunch is yum.

But then I also like to eat peas straight from the freezer so may be a bit odd.

I made blueberry muffins with frozen blueberries this afternoon. I've had two so far...
