I found a closed pack of smoked makerel expire date 20/3. Should I use it and what do I do with it?

I'd use it unless it smells really off. But as it's smoked it's part cooked already anyway surely.

I'm so jealous, you're 10 mins away from the most glorious smoked mackerel pate Smile

Ooh hello just noticed it was you Boring - I just got my passport today!!! Can't believe how fast after my interview on Monday.

Anyway, sorry, as you were.

Warm potato salad is nice with smoked mackerel too!

I'm watching with interest as I'm in the same situation with some salmon
