My DH and I eat very low carb and sometimes I'm really stuck for ideas. Anyone happy to share their low carb meal planner?
At the moment we generally have roast chicken with lots of veg one day, bolonese sauce without spaghetti, chilli con carne, chicken curry, pork chops/steak, cottage pie made with mashed swede instead of potato and salmon with veg.
We do eat lots and lots of veg and for my DD I make a small portion of mashed potato, rice or pasta.
I'm not really taken with any of the recipe books I've looked at so far (we also omit sugar and dairy where possible, dairy due to intolerance, so the recipe needs at least to be able to be served with and without dairy.)
I know it's a big ask ... Thanks
