We've got gnocchi and red pesto for dinner. I was going to mix in some grilled chicken, but I really can't face the chicken at the moment damn morning sickness. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I get beef it up a bit without having to touch raw chicken?

I fry off a big onion in semi-circle slices in the wok, add garlic and basil with 400g/500g jar of passata and let it all cook together then when onions are tender I add the gnocchi serve with some grated parmesan on top. Served with salad & garlic bread. :)

Butter lemon sauce :) put butter on the hob until its melted and about to turn, take off heat add lemon juice immediatly and serve straight away on top of gnocci, you've gotta be quick with this one.

Or I just chop some cherry toms in half, put in oven with basil onion and olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook until everythings all squishy then add to gnocci :)
