Hi.
My ds loves a nice gingerbread man from the bakery. I would like to make some at home.
Can I ask you to share your best gingerbread recipe?

I have used this waitrose recipe a few times and it works quite well. I always have trouble with them spreading out but they taste delicious.

This is my sugar free version of Gingerbread with a twist (added pear). It's yummy and easy to make.
