What can I do with shortcrust pastry?

I'm having a total inspiration fail here.

I impulse-bought a pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry without thinking about the fact I have no idea what to do with it! It's staring at me reproachfully every time I look in the fridge, reminding me I am no Delia Smith....

It goes out of date tomorrow. Please help!

Pie? Easiest is a lid on a casserole type thing (chicken and leek/mush, or beef and ale etc). Or if you have a lot of pastry, a lid and a base?

A tart?

Freeze it for when you have more ideas?

Mini tarts- canape type things?

Have you dinner sorted already or is the pasrty for dinner? If so, what else do you have to use up?

Yes, freeze it.

Pie would be the obvious one. Sweet or savoury.

Quiche.

Thank you - did lemon chicken pie. Basically the dinner I was already doing but with pastry round it!
