Will these keep uncooked - potato, leek & cabbage cakes?

I made my own version of this with leftover jacket potatoes from Thursday & roast potatoes from yesterday & a cabbage/leek mix from the freezer for the DSes. It had a mixed reception - DS2 loved it & couldn't get enough, DS1 ate most of his with some persuasion Grin

Anyway, my question is, will the leftover mixture that I have not cooked keep in the fridge, or should I cook it first?

Thanks!

We made something similar tonight - I cooked all of it, will put some in dcs lunch box tomorrow, the rest I'll freeze and the dcs will have them either for breakfast with a fried egg or a snack after school. I added cheddar to mine too.

Sorry meant to say each one will defrost in the microwave in 30secs on the quick defrost setting.

Ooh cheddar, nice idea & might sell it more to DS1 Grin

Yes it'll be fine. Or freeze it.
