What to do with ground almonds

Hi everyone.

I was clearing out my cupboards at the weekend and have found 4 large bags of ground almonds! Not really sure what to do with them all.

Has anyone got any great ground almond recipes that they don't mind sharing. Sweet or savory so long as they are vegetarian.

I've never made them but the bakers near me makes amazing financier cakes with a raspberry in the middle, they're lovely!

Nigella's recipe for almond macaroons uses egg white, ground almonds and sugar. Really easy. It's in feast.

Her flourless chocolate cake in kitchen is also great, as is her raspberry bakewell in how to eat.
