Sitting here eating a lebanese red pepper and pine nut dip and thinking what else can i make apart from hummous and the other chickpea ball dish but i cant remember the name. Please help me. I went to a fabulous place in bournemouth and i am just dying to go back but cant for a whil so what can i make at home.

Another of my fav's is a salad callled fattoush. Really easy to do. I'll try and find a recipe for you.....

perhaps someone can help with the baked chicken on buttered bread with yogurt, spices and almonds and sultanas recipe that I've been looking for
