Left over lamb

We had roast lamb last night and have loads left over, I was thinking of making a curry with the lamb.

Could I then freeze the curry?

Yes you can freeze most cooked dishes made with leftover meat.

When I was a little girl (many moons ago) my mum would make Shepherd's Pie on a Monday with the leftover Sunday roast. If there was any meat left on the Tuesday we had rissoles.

We didn't have freezers in them days you know. Actually we didn't even have a fridge!
