Salt in bread recipe; this can't be right?

I'm looking for a soda bread recipe featuring treacle and have found this.

1 tablespoon of salt to 250g of flours? Do you think they mean 1 teaspoon?

It says 10g, 2 teaspoons, is that right? Paul Hollywood uses 2 teaspoons, but it's too much for me, I usually just use one.

i've just put a loaf of bread in my breadmaker, it uses 1 teaspoon of salt, so yes, a tablespoon seems like lots to me.

I use 1 teaspoon to 500g. That doesn't seam right.

Bread without salt tastes vile! We put in 1.5 teaspoons for 500g flour.

Yes, 1.5-2 tsps is good in bread... That's bog-standard bread though not soda bread. Maybe soda bread needs more salt for some reason! Still, a whole tablespoon does seem rather excessive for that quantity of flour!

Thanks. I'm going to take it down to 7 grams, I'd rather have bland bread that I can top up with salted butter, than a loaf in the bin.

sounds like a lot of salt.
have never made soda bread but for my standard loaf (600g flour) I use half a teaspoon salt.
bread without salt tastes absolutely vile but not a lot is needed.

I make soda bread a lot, it's usually 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon bread soda to 500g flour
