easy way to make breadcrumbs

I'm so pleased I have just found an easy way of doing breadcrumbs without getting the food processor out! Dry out your crusts as you would when normally making breadcrumbs, then freeze. Take out the freezer and fine grate! Put piece back in freezer...easy peasy!

Nope, much easier to drop chunks of bread into a blender.

Frozen bread in the blender, it takes two seconds and makes the best bread crumbs. .

I make a huge amount in the food processor and freeze in portions.

Cream crackers in the blender. Cuts out the middle man freezer or waiting for stale bread.

Its just such a faff to get my blender out it really puts me off. I should probably make big batches. I love the crackers in the blender idea, we are mostly gluten free so could use gf crackers for some crunch!
