Juicer!!!!!!!

I have just purchased a jucer, can anyone give me any good recipes to make my son who is 3.

Simple stuff works best, in my experience:

• carrot + a bit of orange (may need to be done on citrus juicer?)
• carrot + bit of orange + beetroot
• carrot + apple + tiny bit of ginger

brilliant for making juice for smoothies if you have a blender. there are some excellent smootie receipe sites.

Just a bit of a word of warning - I have read that some straight juices can be a bit too much for kids (there can be a lot of sugar in them, albeit natural sugar, and it gets into the bloodstream pretty fast) so it's good to dilute them with water.
