Kids like it, but mine ends up looking like dog sick! Please can anyone tell me how to make it look more appetising?

Google Delia Smith corned beef hash recipe. It's completely delicious. I never liked it growing up but her recipe made me love it.

Second the Delia recipe, really nice and it looks good too ( not like the slop mine used to look like!).

It's scrumptious isn't it madame not like "traditional" corned beef hash at all despite it using all the same ingredients. I had CBH in New York and it was very similar.

I dont use mash in mine.

I crumble baked potato and chunks of corned beef. keeping it quite rough. Then splash of Worcester Sauce and chilli and pieces of fried pepper baked into it in a blazing hot oven. Stir over occassionally to stop it burning on top but dont dont smash to a puree - keep it quite chunky.
