Ok, got some diced beef for dins, and also frozen stir fry veg - not done a stir fry before (slowly convincing DH veg is not the enemy!!).

Anyone know any tips for what to add, other than frying beef and veg in a wok i'm clueless!

Got lots of common ingredients, stock cubes, spices etc.

:-)

What sort of beef is it? Is it steak? Is it suitable for stir frying?

Oh darn it that's a good point, it's just diced beef, was going to cut it up into thinner strips but maybe it's not suitable...

Just bored of stew which is what i normally make with it and as i've got stir fry veg it seemef a good idea...

You can't stir fry stewing beef. It will be really tough

Oh pants, thanks for the warning :-)

Hmm, off to investigate contents if the fridge.....
