My PILs are coming this weekend & I thought I'd make a quiche. Personally I'd planned on cooking it the day before & serving it cold but DH informs me that this wouldn't be acceptable to FIL!
Should I make it the day before & reheat it or do the prep the day before & bake it on the day? Also, how important is it to blind-bake the pastry?
I don't know how I survived PIL visits before I discovered MN!
