Trying to fill in my food diary but have no idea what the waiter called my dessert.
It was a lime and coconut flavour dessert from the fridge.
Was served in like a cone shaped glass dish with raspberries on top.
The waiter described it as a type of mousse and said a fancy name which didnt register.
The texture was thicker than a mouse, almost cheesecake filling-ish.

WTF did I eat? It was lovely, and i suspect calorific, but would like to find out.

The letters B and G are ringing in my head, but i'm not getting it.

There are a lot of recipes for lime and coconut creme brulee, or maybe a pannacotta style dish.

TalcAndTurnips · 10/03/2013 22:05

Bavarois?

RainbowsFriend · 10/03/2013 22:06

Sounds like a sort of lemon lime panacotta.

Is the restaurant online, if so you might find the menu online too?

PureQuintessence · 10/03/2013 22:08
