hi

i want to make a fish pie and make an extra one for the freezer, what is the best container to freeze it in? i want a rectangular shaped container so it doesn't take up wasted space in teh freezer (saw some round ones which seemed inefficient when freezer space is at a premium in this house!) and i want it to be large enough for 3-4 people (so i want something bigger than the takeaway container pots i've seen).

many thanks in advance!

do you shop in tesco

Or, line the whole dish with foil, then put the fish pie in. Once solid, remove foil and frozen dish from the serving dish, and use the dish for other things while the pie is frozen, wrapped in foil.
