What meals do you do with which meats?

With pork, I also like turning it into a creamy pork & mushroom pasta. I stir-fry some mushrooms in a bit of butter, garlic & black pepper, add thin strips of cooked pork and then stir in some creme fraiche. The DCs have theirs like that, but DH and I also have generous amounts of whole grain mustard stirred into ours. It's also tasty served with rice or as a jacket spud filling.
