Chicken and fish curries

I need good recipes for chicken and fish curries. They need to be made in large quantities and frozen! It's DH's 40th and he's decided he wants a party with curry. Luckily he's decided not to have a pirate party!

The hairy dieters do a couple of nice curries, it might be a nice to offer your guests a lower cal option

I love madhur jaffrey but they normally need a lot of spices so unless you regularly cook curry it might not be for you. Her curry bible is great. For fish curry it might be better to just cook the sauce and freeze that, then add fresh/defrosted fish when you reheat it, otherwise the fish will be over cooked. Will also save space in freezer.

Just had a look through my book, if you do have the spices available, this one is delicious: royal chicken korma
You would probably freeze then add cream when you reheat.
