ten Scotch Bonnet chillies?

Apart from put them in a, er, chilli?

I love my spicy food but don't think I could manage ten at once!

Any suggestions?

Not a clue, but they'll freeze really well until you decide!

Make a load of curry paste. Freeze it into portions. Then you can use it to make curry when you're busy one night.

I didn't realise that making curry paste is really really easy and that it is freezable til very recently.

I always keep mine in the freezer. A piece of the ouside about the size of a whole fingernail will add a kick to a gravy or stew without setting it on fire. Beware the seeds though!
