450g strong white flour
1 sachet yeast
Shake of salt
50g porridge oats
Packet of pine nuts - toasted. ( I just fry 'em in a tiny bit of butter in a pan until they are browner than they were!)
Sprigs of chopped rosemary
300ml warm milk.
Method:
Toss it all in an knead for ten mins until smooth and flexible. Leave to rise in covered bowl on radiator or similar for 90 mins.
Knock back and shape into large loaf tin, or two small ones.
Leave for another hour.
Bake on gas number 6 for 30 mins

Just thought I'd share as it makes the most amazing toasting bread. Anyone else tried similar?
