Cooking with Activia Pouring Yogurt

I have activity pouring yogurt in the fridge due to expire in 3 days time. Put in the banana cake batter and I'm waiting for the results. What else can I make that isn't smoothie? Nobody will eat as it is and I don't want it to go in the bin.

A korma, biryani or other creamy curry.
Musaka.
You can use it in the place of mayo for a healthy potato salad.

Or you could always freeze it in ice cube trays and save it for longer.

I always end up with loads of left over cream and yogurt, so I often freeze it in ice cube trays. It's then really easy to just pop a cube or two into a sauce or whatever, and if works really well for breakfast smoothies as you can blend the cubes frozen.

Just a normal scone recipe but with the yoghurt replacing the milk

SR Flour, pinch of salt, butter - mix up to crumbs - chuck in some grated cheese, then use the yoghurt to bring it into a dough.

Not too good with amounts, I'm more of a chuck it in by eye approach, but a normal scone recipe with the yog just eyeballed to get a good dough.
