I put a tablespoon of butter in jug mcrowave till melted and warm add some flour beat till smooth add some milk place in microwave for 2mins check beat add reminding milk heat 3 mins beat usealy use 2 heaped tablespoons of flour and 3/4 ish of a pint milk hope that helps
