DD - just one year loves eggs. How many should I let her have in a week?
Do I need to worry about colesterol at her age?

It wasn't the cholesterol that stopped me giving dd more than 2 eggs a week - it was the fact they made her constipated! I think the recommendation is 2 - 3 a week, or at least it was when dd was little.

I have wondered this as my dd loves eggs too

For adults I think the reccomendation is 2 a week - no idea for kids though

rteally that little? for adults I mean? i eat more than that... maybe i should cut down?

when my friend was in australia she worked in an egg factory for a while and got tons of free eggs, her and her girlfriend were eating about 2-3 a DAY!!!!

I think it's more like 2 eggs per day.

Food standards agency:

"There is no recommended limit on how many eggs people should eat. Eggs are a good choice as part of a healthy balanced diet. But remember that it's a good idea to eat as varied a diet as possible. This means we should be trying to eat a variety of foods each week to get the wide range of nutrients we need."
