So I have been making a double layered chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream in between layers and on the outside, covered by marzipan and decorations are still in process (needs to be finished by tomorrow afternoon).
In the end I used the following recipe for the chocolate butter cream (from the BBC of all places). It tastes extremely chocolatey and is very easy to spread. Love it!
