Semolina recipe?

Please help. I'm having a heavy TOM, stomach cramps, sweet cravings and only one thing can make it alright.

Semolina pudding. I'm not even sure its semolina pudding as such. It's just when you mix semolina with milk and caster sugar but I'm unsure of the amounts. I think you mix the semolina and milk while heating up, put the sugar in after and then in the oven for a bit.

I used to buy semolina in a box that had the measurements on the back (in case you have one?).

I do this in microwave but don't measure anything. Heat about 1/2 pint of milk or alternative, sugar then heat this until boiling. Add some semolina, probably about 2 or 3 tablespoons, it is very forgiving if you don't add enough you can add more. Heat for 30 seconds stir, heat again, stir again and taste. If too thick add more milk if too thin add more semolina. I went to the school of measure nothing!

Thanks multitask I'm afraid I never went to that school, and am always afraid to guess measurements! I just remember when making it before, it started off very watery but thickened up a lot when it had been cookiing for a while.
