ds (22 months) isnt much into eating much meat, especially red meat. any easy suggestions that might be worth trying? (he's not a super-fussy eater, but is picky...)

thanks:)

spag bol? home made burgers or meat balls? (both sure fire winners in our house)

Same as SenoraPostrophe, but also Cottage pie, made with carrots & peas as well as beef mince. And add milk, butter & cheese to the mash pots.

He might be a bit young for beef stir frys and beef tacos / fajitas ?????

Lasagne?
You can add anchovies to these dishes too if you want to bump up Omega 3 intake. Particularly luvverly in meatballs Smile

My girls love the beef and sweet potato recipe from Annabel Karmel... In a flameproof casserole, soften leek in butter, roll meat in flour and add to the leek. Add sweet potato, chicken stock/water and orange juice. Bring to boil, cover and transfer to oven (180C/350F for 75 mins. Blend to desired consistency.
Hope this helps.
