Dd is 2.5 and will eat the following suppers:

Homemade pizza
Pasta bake
Veggie sausages, Sweetcorn, peas + crumpet
Risotto with almost any veg

There's not much you can't sneak into that lot, so i'm not concerned about her nutrition particularly. Snacks are healthy, she'll have sandwiches, corn thins, olives, grapes, dried fruit for lunch.

I'd just like to know if it'll just sort itself out, or if there are any techniques that have worked for others?

She won't try anything that doesn't look 'right' iykwim, but I always offer.

You call that fussy?!?

I eat that much... does that make me fussy?!? Shock

Ah she sounds like mine! I console myself that while it's restrictive it's at least nutritious. Should sort itself out, mine (2yo) is sloooowly getting more adventurous (ignores last night's total meltdown when presented with sausages despite having scoffed them on Sunday)

I ate nothing but cheese spread sarnies and chocolate pudding for about 3 years, I'll eat anything now! It sounds like a reasonable diet to me so I wouldn't worry too much Smile
