Recipes for Bok Choy?

Anyone have some nice recipes for bok choy- we keep getting it in our veggie box and I never know what to do with it!

I steam it and then splash some oyster sauce on it and also use it in a Thai green curry - cooking the stalks first and flinging in the leaves at the end with fresh coriander. Or it goes in a Laksa. Love it.

You can put it in stir fries (right at the end), or we just brown some garlic in olive oil then throw them in til they wilt. Tastes great.

(are you sure it's not swiss chard?)

LowLevel we first thought that it was swiss chard but then realised that it was actually bok choy...!

ah, I had the opposite experience with my veg box - assumed it was pak choi and realised it was swiss chard!
