feeling faaaaaar to.lazy to google and sift through recipes but have a blueberry.muffin recipe.

in theory, do you think i could just swap the blueberries for equal quantity of the white choc and rasps? (half of each)....and still have edible results?

Yes. My mum swaps things in muffin recipes all the time and they always work fine!

Yep. I do this all the time.

Only thing to watch is that I find the raspberries are more liquidy than blueberries, so I do tend to reduce my liquids by a tiny fraction to compensate so they don't go squidgy.

i was going to do half of the 225g as rasps and half as choc so 112ish of each (as close as i can get with my battered ancient scales really) so liquid shouldn't be a problem. will add them gradually and see how i go.
