I am making a cake to welcome home my dd who has been away all week. It is an American recipe (irrelevant, actually).
I should be cooking it in a Bundt or large loaf tin. i have neither, but I do have a smaller (about half size) loaf tin, so I'll do half andmthen the other half.
Temp is 325/160 and time is about 60 mins for the twice as big loaf tin.
How much should I adjust temp/time? If at all!
