Muffins- favourite recipes?

Inspire me please! DCs are bored, I have lots of random ingredients in my cupboards but no money to buy yummy snack food.

What ingredients do you have to work with? My favourite are banana and toffee pecan, buttermilk & blueberry, white chocolate & raspberry.

I made oat and raisin muffins yesterday and they were deeeeeelicious. Not too sweet, nutty texture, juicy fruit and a hint of spice.

I have oats, dried apricots, variety of nuts, apple, carrot, choc chips and some coconut.

Flapjacks, tin oats in fact all of bat you have will make yummy flapjacks
