DD desperate to make a sultana cake for her DU, his favourite.

Any tried and tested recipes that a 7yo, with a little help, can master?

I normally do this fruit cake but just use whatever dried fruit I have.

Thank you - we are soaking our sultanas as I type... DD very excited and a nice short recipe she can read and deal with mostly herself...
