Just that really, I have an abundance of kiwi fruit so want to make a fruit salad, but how do you peel the kiwi so you don't peel away most of the flesh?

I use a vegetable peeler. I think the vegetable peeler is one of the best inventions ever. I also use it to slice cheese (and other things) really thinly.

I don't. I slice the top off like an egg and scoop out the insides.

Me too! Straight from the fridge - excellent when you feel a bit poorly.

For a fruit salad, I cut both ends off with a small, sharp vegetable knife, then stand it on one end and peel strips off down the sides.

If I'm just eating it I cut the top off and eat it out of the skin with a teaspoon, like a boiled egg. Hth.
