Not quite sure what you mean?

How to do fih 'n' chips, pizza etc or ideas for food to take out on picnics?

Search my name for yummy tofu pancakes.

Mattar paneer and dhal are dead easy to make at home.

Toast pitta bread. Roast onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes with some spices. Stick into pittas with salad, lots of lemon juice and some minty yoghurt.

The Takeaway Secret book is ace. It my most used recipe book :)

The 'fake away' section in hairy bikers diet book is amazing and I think I actually prefer the sweet and sour and korma to ones you'd buy in.

I love making falafels, salad, pita bread, humus and chilli sauce. I've eaten this from a Lebonese vendor and this was extremely close and a bit different from my normal Indian or Chinese 'fake aways'.

The kebab recipe from the takeaway secrets book is really nice, goes down very well in this house and I can be fairly confident it's not horse

lucysmam · 17/02/2013 17:51
