Do not put the stoneware on the hob to brown off meat/onions.
It will crack

Seemed like such a good idea at the time.

Can I also add, if you have roasted something in the oven, and left an empty glass dish in there also, and you want to cool down said glass dish, DON'T pour freezing cold water into it.

Again, it will crack.

Only upside was that as I mopped up all the water I got a nice clean kitchen floor out of it.
